Who will I receive my certification from?
After successful completion of a class, you will receive a 2 year certification from the American Red Cross. We also offer American Health & Safety Institute certifications for certain organizations.
What's a blended learning class?
A blended learning class is online class combined with a REQUIRED in person skills session class. Blended learning contains an online class portion that must be completed PRIOR to your arrival at the skills session class.
How do I complete the online portion of the blended learning class?
During the class registration you are required to enter an email address. Within 24 hours of registration, a link will be sent to your email to complete the online portion of the class.
What's the refund policy? How do I reschedule?
Life happens and we understand that! Please contact the instructor @ 1-866-975-6225 option #4 within 48 hours of class time if you need to reschedule a class. If it is not within 48 hours of class time, you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. A reschedule is based upon the instructors availability.
There are no refunds! Refunds will only be issued if the instructor cancels the class and you are not available for the rescheduled date/time of the class. If you register and no longer want to attend, you will be offered a voucher to use in a future class with an expiration date of 2.5 years from the date of registration. or you can gift your spot in class to another individual. Payment is required at the time of class registration.
